A new group has formed in Gatehouse of Fleet.  It's called Gatehouse of Fleet Stones. 

It's a fun, FREE activity for all ages and abilities to enjoy in town. 

A group of volunteers including children have hand painted pebbles and hidden them around our town. 

If you are lucky enough to find one of the beautifully painted stones we ask that you post a photo on our Facebook page (Gatehouse of Fleet Stones) and then rehide for someone else to find. 

The group started in December and so far the response has been terrific with lots of people out walking and hunting and hiding stones. Everyone is encouraged to get involved including holiday makers. 

At Christmas time we had prize winning stones and we have plans to do further prize winning stones at Easter time.
